Directly after being promoted to Director of Software Engineering I was able to save the company close to a quarter of a million dollars annually. Increased development time substantially by implementing SCRUM Methodology practices into the work place. Also engineered software and practices that saved the company a significant amount of time.

After just two years of Junior Development I was promoted to Senior Developer. I was able to increase compile times by implementing Memcache and a Content Delivery Network. I also was able to deploy our first iOS application to the Apple APP Store and Release our newest revision of our Learning Management System within the first year of my promotion.

I was contacted by Present e-Learning Systems to assist with the development of their first LMS(Learning Management System). On the first day of my interview I was able to fix several of the problems they had working on for weeks. I streamlined the CME Wizard and Social Networking tools to meet our January 1st 2007 deadline for the deployment of Mentor Version 1. I was also able to bring several modern Ajax interface designs to speed up the page load times.

I started as a Web Developer before I was even a teenager. When my parents first got AOL you had to pay by the minute. That being said time on the internet was limited. Because of this lack of time I was forced to use the internet less but was still allowed to use the computer after I had logged off. By using Problem Solving Skills I was able to determine how to look at the source code of a website and read the code by using "View Source". I would download the websites source code write code using the local file storage system. At this time html was very miniscule and the online image database was very minimal.
In 2003 at the age of 21 I started development on Dynamic Websites utilizing PHPNuke and PHPBB. I wrote my first plugin for PHPBB in 2006 and as of 2013 it was still being used.
During the 2004-2008 period I worked on numerous projects. Including a Geolocation based social Networking site for Indianapolis called TheIndy.Net and numerous a successful social networking website.
